	The kids of the U.S. were likewise called upon to do their part. Every Monday morning, you brought your quarter to buy a stamp. When your stamp card was full, you got a War Bond.
Look! Mrs. Luzetto's class has performed splendidly! Every student has produced his or her quarter! Note the red bar beneath the advancing soldiers...solidly red up to 90% or more!

But...what if another classroom contained deadbeat students who used their quarters to buy candy...or whose parents were NOT PATRIOTIC ENOUGH to furnish the dough?
